After deciding to get over the minor (less than 1\/32&#8243;) offset in the rear spar channels, I match-drilled and cleco the rear spar.<a href=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/hs_hinge_clecoed2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-130\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/hs_hinge_clecoed2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/hs_hinge_clecoed2.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/hs_hinge_clecoed2-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Following that, I clecoed and match-drilled the HS-412 and HS-413 brackets. As you can see from the dental floss I strung through the hinge line, the prepunched parts lined up pretty well.<a href=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/hs_bearing_clecoed.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-131\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/hs_bearing_clecoed.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/hs_bearing_clecoed.jpg 400w, https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/hs_bearing_clecoed-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then I clamped the HS-411 bearing brackets around the VA-146 bearing, clecoed the whole assembly to the spar, and match-drilled the bearing rivet holes.
