I haven&#8217;t decided yet whether to mod my horizontal stabilizer per the bulletin, or just build a new one&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>First steps on the canopy are fabricating the alumunum and Delrin spacers that accommodate the canopy hinges. \u00a0Nothing too complicated here&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2014-10-24-16.07.58.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2963\" src=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2014-10-24-16.07.58-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Canopy hinge spacers\" width=\"584\" height=\"778\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2014-10-24-16.07.58-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/2014-10-24-16.07.58-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Fitting them to the forward subpanel was slightly tricky, since Vans tells you to predrill holes in the spacers that they tell you later to match-drill in place with the subpanel.
