It was hard to get in there with a ruler to lay out hole positions so I made a drill template out of thin Al.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/?attachment_id=3808\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3808\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3808\" src=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-09-17.35.49-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"584\" height=\"438\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-09-17.35.49-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-09-17.35.49-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-09-17.35.49-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/mightyrv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/2018-08-09-17.35.49-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One minor hiccup&#8230;the ignition switch locking tab isn&#8217;t clocked correctly, causing interference between the switch body and panel support rib. I&#8217;ll probably have to grind off the tab and rivet on a new one at the right orientation.
