Dave – How did you address this exhaust flange fit problem! Can you use a gland ring or do you have to modify/fix the exhaust? I’m sure you can’t simply use the sledge hammer approach or try to force it/bend it/torque it down by tightening the flange bolts!
The exhaust manufacturer refaced the exhaust flange to give it a slight angle. It’s not a perfect fit, but the crush gaskets I use will make up for the slight mismatch.
