Small victories…gotta take ’em where I can. After a lot of head-scratching and experimentation, I managed to fabricate the fuel line that connects the selector valve and filter/pump assembly.
I had a lot of help from fellow builder Bruce Swayze who shared a lot of information on how to bend this fuel line in just the right way. Thanks, Bruce!
Hi,
I’ve been admiring the photos of your RV.
I’m thinking of buying one of those Andair inline filters. Are they easy to dismantle and reassemble for cleaning? No info on their website about how that’s done.
Best of luck with the build.

Shay,
Thanks for surfing out to our site!
The Andair filter appears to be easy to open using a wrench on one end, but I haven’t needed to open mine up yet so I can’t tell you for sure. I was a little surprised to find out that nobody on any of the RV sites I surf seems to know how to open it up – maybe you could email Andair? Just don’t expect a quick reply; they make really nice products but they’re a very small shop and emails sometimes take a little while.
Good luck on your project,
Dave
